Every year, Mad Persona Magazine hosts a contest dedicated to celebrating our talented contributors by offering cash prizes and a website feature. Everyone who has been published in our three issues throughout the year (ie. from December 2025 to August 2026) is invited to resubmit one piece for free. For those who haven’t been published but still want to submit, you must purchase a copy of one of our issues (whichever you choose) and send us the receipt to be considered for an award. The awards are:

– The Editor’s Choice for Best Poem – $50

– The Editor’s Choice for Best Short Story – $50

– The Editor’s Choice for Best Art Piece – $50

– The Persona’s Choice Award – $45

The winner of the Persona’s Choice Award is decided by a general vote across our social media platforms. All our published contributors who resubmit are automatically considered for this award. It is closed to those who submit a new piece that hasn’t yet been published with us.
